Environmental Social Governance ESG

Sustainability and social responsibility are among the “keywords” of this decade. The EU has set sustainability targets that are increasingly being demanded by investors, customers and employees. The expectations of these stakeholders as well as the responsibility of company management, namely to ensure long-term success, require corresponding measures. STAP-ility’s Staff Assistance Program can be an important partner for your company in achieving goals such as transparency and sustainability, implementing them in day-to-day work and presenting them in the ESG report. Cooperation between different generations leads directly to two key questions: What does the work-life balance of different generations look like?
