No further data is stored. At the same time, the user confirms to STAP-ility that he/she is employed by the company placing the order. This data is passed on to the experts in encrypted form.
The user hereby agrees that the aforementioned data of the user and the company represented by the user may be collected and processed for the purposes described below.
Purpose of data collection and processing
The primary purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to enable the provider to provide the services. In addition, the data is also used for the ongoing analysis and improvement of the provider’s services, for example to display them in the best possible way on the end devices used. Furthermore, the data is also used to notify users of new or enhanced services from the provider (targeted marketing). Finally, the data is also used to prevent or detect any unlawful activities or abusive behavior by users and to ensure compliance with and enforcement of the provider’s General Terms and Conditions.
Storage of data
Data is generally not stored for longer than is necessary for the provider’s business purposes. The stored data will be deleted after the contract has been fully processed and after the retention periods under tax and company law have expired.
