Can STAP-ility be implemented throughout Austria?
Yes, the STAP-ility team is available throughout Austria.
How can STAP-ility support ESG reporting?
The STAP-ility team can support you throughout the entire cycle – from selecting the various measures for workplace health promotion to documenting the results. Sub-areas (such as reporting) can also be outsourced to STAP-ility.
Which theme packages can employees claim?
When placing an order with STAP-ility, the company placing the order decides on one or more packages. Your company will inform you by email which STAP-ility packages your employees can use.
How is quality assurance carried out?
Quality assurance is carried out by means of an anonymous survey that is conducted after use.
Is there a time limit for using the program?
The framework conditions are defined when STAP-ility is commissioned. This also includes how often and how many expert discussions, activities or units can be used per year.
How do future employees find out that the company has an employee support program?
STAP-ility awards a seal of approval that the commissioning company can publish on its website.

Does my line manager know about the consultation or the content of my discussions with the experts?
No, no one will find out about the expert discussions. They are treated confidentially.
Who pays for the STAP-ility units?
The financing is provided by your company.
Who can use the STAP-ility packages? Can I also use the program for family members?
When awarding the contract to STAP-ility, the commissioning company decides whether only employees and/or their family members may take advantage of the program. Your company communicates via email who is allowed to use the STAP-ility services.
Can I also contact STAP-ility about private matters?
The health and well-being of employees is a top priority for your company. They can therefore turn to STAP-ility regardless of whether their concerns are professional or private.
What resources or support are available to me, for example, to improve my work-life balance?
During an individual meeting with one of our experts, your current status is assessed and we work together to improve your work-life balance.
What steps should I take if I am not satisfied with the services or experts offered?
If you are not satisfied with the services, please contact the management of STAP-ility directly.
How will participation in the program affect my work/position in the company?
Participation is voluntary and discreet. Effects on their work may concern possible changes in their attitude, motivation, etc.
Can expert discussions also take place via video call?
Yes, both face-to-face calls and video calls can be held.
